In this position you will
Provide the adequate support to the Chief Operating Officer in advancing strategic, operational, and transformation priorities across Minerva Insights Group. You will also provide cross-functional support to other Group executives (e.g., Chief People Officer, Chief Financial Officer and General Managers) on analytical, operational, and project management topics.
Key activities include:
- Drive integration and transformation initiatives across portfolio companies.
- Identify, size, and support execution of cost optimization opportunities across the Group.
- Support the harmonization and standardization of processes across operating companies.
- Play an active role in building and consolidating Minerva’s operations, with real impact and visibility across the group.

- Conducting strategic, financial, and operational analyses to support Group decision-making.
- Developing clear, structured presentations and documentation for senior leadership and the Board.
- Tracking progress of strategic and operational initiatives, maintaining project documentation and follow-up routines.
- Supporting due diligence, integration analysis, and planning for acquisitions.
- Facilitating collaboration and alignment between central teams and portfolio companies.
- Provide project management and analytical support for cross-functional initiatives (e.g., AI adoption, automation, talent development efforts).

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- 2–5 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, financial analysis, or transformation roles.
- Experience in multi-country or matrix organizations is a strong plus.
- Experience in integration, transformation, or process optimization projects preferred.
- High level of English, written and spoken. Ability to speak and understand Spanish is a strong plus.
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
- Strong quantitative and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
