Nuno Oliveira is the Chief People Officer at Minerva Insights Group, with over 14 years of international experience in people management across sectors such as insurance, healthcare, education, insurtech, market research, and software development. 

Graduated in Organisational Psychology from ISCTE-IUL (Lisbon), he has built his career in fast-paced, multinational environments, leading transformation initiatives, operational integration, and change management across Spain, Portugal, and nine other European countries. 

Before joining Minerva Insights, he held leadership roles at companies such as Bolttech, Universidade Europeia, GenesisCare, and AXA, where he was responsible for strategic talent planning, international mobility, organisational design, and performance management. His career is marked by the implementation of innovative HR solutions, process automation, and continuous improvement of the employee experience in a multinational context. 

Recognised for his strategic mindset and ability to align people priorities with business goals, Nuno has received awards for digital transformation initiatives and reverse mentoring.
