Esther Fernández-Mayoralas is Deputy General Manager at Conecta Research & Consulting, where she has been a key figure since the company’s founding in 2001.  

She holds a degree in Statistical Studies from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and brings over 25 years of experience in quantitative research and operations management. 

Throughout her career at Conecta, Esther has taken on multiple roles, including Research Manager, Head of Administration, Quality System Manager, and Director of Operations. Her work has always balanced technical research responsibilities with strategic and operational leadership. 

Since 2022, she has served as Deputy General Manager and is also a partner and board member. Her leadership continues to shape Conecta’s internal structure and client-focused research solutions.
